The Children’s clinic has been active for the past 6 months and is well-received by parents. Given its success, we are now opening the service to adults and children over 14 years.

This is meant for acute illnesses like coughs, colds, and urine infections, and will be charged as a standard consult. Patients will be seen on the same day but may have to wait a bit. Only a single issue will be handled, and if you request for multiple issues, a second full consultation charge will apply.

Starting in August 2025, two new providers will be joining Hillview. The first is Dr Jarod Kim who is a chiropractor with many years of experience and currently practices from his clinic at Silverdale. Ms Cherie Wallace is a senior counsellor and supervisor who has been working for a large organisation but is now looking to private practice.

Due to staffing changes, our reception will be open only from 1-8 pm on weekdays. This is to allow time to train our new staff members.

The script charges will be increased by $5 for all patients starting August 1st 2025 but scripts booked through the website will get an equivalent $5 discount. A similar increase of $2 for consult charges with an equivalent website discount will also apply for non-CSC patients.

These changes were announced last month and are meant to drive website usage thus reducing booking and script errors, as well as free our receptionists to handle phone queries. Sometimes the website may be temporarily offline for updates especially over the weekends, and in cases like this just retry later.
