We collect personal information from you, including information about your name and Email address in order to provide live tracking of your appointments. Providing this information is optional. If you choose not to allow access, we will be unable to provide appointment tracking. We keep your information until you void the registration at which point we securely destroy it.

You have the right to access any personal information we hold about you, and to correct it if you think it is wrong. Your account details can be retrieved by clicking on the welcome field at the top-right of the web page if you have logged in, and corrections can be made by voiding the registration and re-registering.

Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site’s or service provider’s systems to recognise your browser and capture and remember certain information. We use cookies mainly for identification so that you don't have to login every time you visit the site.
